What do you need?

  • 300 gr oatmeal
  • 70 gr sunflower seeds
  • 30 gr pumpkin seeds
  • 70 gr raisins
  • 30 gr flax seeds
  • 40 gr almonds
  • 60 gr banana chips
  • 60 gr hazelnuts
  • 20 gr sesame seeds
  • 100 gr coconut oil
  • 180 gr honey

How do you make it?

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Put the coconut oil and honey in a saucepan on medium heat until melted and add in the bowl with dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cover your oven tray with parchment paper and spread the granola on top off if in a thin layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring half way. It might not seem like it’s done yet, but it will continue to crisp up as it cools.
  7. Let the granola cool completely, undisturbed at least 45 minutes.
  8. Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks, or in a sealed freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
